- Assist clinicians by preparing resources and managing workflow tasks.
- Provide friendly, accessible assistance to patients and visitors.
- Maintain organised administrative systems aligned with HealThML standards.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in admin, customer service, or support roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Confident using digital tools and communication platforms.
- Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and professionalism.
